Here is a super easy fish cutlet recipe! The only prep work that is needed is to boil and mash the potatoes & use the canned tuna fish to keep it simple and easy. If you don’t get canned tuna fish you can use any fish, steam, and shred the fish filets. I feel tuna was really very tasty!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 piece small red onion chopped
  • 1 piece Large boiled potato
  • 1 tbsp Diced Ginger
  • 4 piece Green chilies
  • 2 Cans Tuna Fish
  • ¼ cup Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Chili powder
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 piece Egg
  • ¼ Gallon Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan
  • Add Oil
  • Add Cumin Seeds
  • Add Fennel Seeds
  • Add Chopped Red Onions
  • Add boiled potato
  • Mash the potato
  • Add 1 tbs Ginger (Diced)
  • Add Salt as per taste
  • Add Turmeric powder & Chili powder to the mixture
  • Mold the fillings into small patties

Cutlet station

  • Prepare 3 Station – Patties – Egg White – Bread crumbs
  • Dip the patties in the egg white
    Coat it in bread crumbs
    Gently slide the patties into the oil & fry until golden
    Tasty Fish cutlet is ready !! Serve with ketchup
