Here is a super easy fish cutlet recipe! The only prep work that is needed is to boil and mash the potatoes & use the canned tuna fish to keep it simple and easy. If you don’t get canned tuna fish you can use any fish, steam, and shred the fish filets. I feel tuna was really very tasty!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 piece small red onion chopped
- 1 piece Large boiled potato
- 1 tbsp Diced Ginger
- 4 piece Green chilies
- 2 Cans Tuna Fish
- ¼ cup Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 piece Egg
- ¼ Gallon Oil to fry
Instructions
- Heat a pan
- Add Oil
- Add Cumin Seeds
- Add Fennel Seeds
- Add Chopped Red Onions
- Add boiled potato
- Mash the potato
- Add 1 tbs Ginger (Diced)
- Add Salt as per taste
- Add Turmeric powder & Chili powder to the mixture
- Mold the fillings into small patties
Cutlet station
- Prepare 3 Station – Patties – Egg White – Bread crumbs
- Dip the patties in the egg whiteCoat it in bread crumbsGently slide the patties into the oil & fry until goldenTasty Fish cutlet is ready !! Serve with ketchup
