Turn on instant pot in sauté mode
Heat oil and Ghee
Add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon sticks
Add onion and sauté until golden brown
Add GGC paste
Add kheema
Add all Masalas and salt
Add 3 cups of hot water
Close the instant pot, and cook in pressure cooker mode for 15mins Allow pressure to release naturally If using pressure cooker, cook for 15mins and let pressure release naturally
Open and fish out any whole Masala items
Mash well for 10mins until it turns creamy
Serve hot with fried onions, lemon juice and mint leaves
