Tomatoes 3
small onion – 10 small
Dried red chilli – 3
Salt
Ulundhu / uradh dhal – 1/4 cup
Oil to sauté
Garlic – 4 cloves
Curry leaves a few
Method-
Sauté ulundhu / uradh dhal in oil until golden.
Sauté small onions, tomatoes, garlic red chillies, curry leaves.
Let it cool. Blend until smooth with salt.
Serve it with idly and nalla ennai/gingely oil.
