Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

Ingredients

1) 2 Cans of Chicken broth

2) 1 Can of whole kernel sweet corn

3) 2 Eggs

4) 1 Table spoon black pepper powder

5) 4 Sliced Garlic cloves 

5) Salt to taste

Method

In a sauce pan, add chicken broth, corn kernels, garlic and let it come up to a boil 

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and set aside. 

Now once the soup comes up to a boil create a whirlpool in it with a spoon and add the egg in a stream like motion.

This will create the restaurant like texture.

 Now add the pepper powder and let the eggs cook for a couple of minutes
