Raw tomato chutney

Ingredients:

Tomato 5
Pearl onions/small onions – 5
Garlic cloves 3
Dried Red chillies – 3 or more
Salt

Seasoning:
Mustard seeds, oil and curry leaves.

Method:

Grind tomatoes, onions, garlic and red chillies with salt into a fine paste.

In a small frying pan add oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves snd let it sputter.

Add the paste to it and turn the heat off.

Serve it with hot idly or dosai.
