Podi Onion uthappam / dosai

Dosa batter
Oil I tsp
1/2 big onion finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
Curry leaves 4 finely chopped
Idly podi 1 tbs
Method
Make a thick dosa on a dosa pan and while the batter is still wet sprinkle the onions, chillies, curry leaves on the top.
Press them in the dosa with hand so they they don’t fall of when you flip.
Drizzle oil on the dosai.
Flip it and cook on the other side
And when you see the onion is translucent, sprinkle idly team on top.
Serve it with nice filter coffee ( chutney sambar optional )
