Pan Fried Salmon

Salmon fillet
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Method:

Pat Dry the fillet.
Have a pan heating up, it must be screaming hot.
Apply oil on the fillet and season with salt and pepper on both sides of the fillet.
Place the fillet skin side down and do not disturb the fish. Cook for 4 mins on medium high.
Flip the fish and cook for another 4 mins.
Serve with your Favorite side.
