Oats Rava Dosai
2014-04-24Rolled Oats or Instant oats – 1 cup
Rava or sooji – 1 cup
plain yogurt – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
water to blend the batter
Method :
In a blender Mix water, salt, oats, Rava and yogurt and blend until smooth.
Make dosa in a griddle. This dosai needs oil to flip easily.
Can be served with sambar or chutney
