Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
Salmon fillet – 2 [ Can be any Fish ]
Semi ripen mango – 1
Red Big Onion – 1
Lime – 1
Olive oil – 1 tea spoon
Salt – As per your taste
Black pepper powder – As per your taste
Mango salsa:
In a bowl add finely chopped red onion, chopped mango, lime juice, salt and pepper. Allow it to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
Ready to be served cold.
Grill
Preheat grill and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Apply olive oil on both sides of the fish. Season with Salt and black pepper powder.
Grill the fish on both sides for 4 minutes until the grill marks can be seen.
Grilled fish can be served with mango salsa.
