Elachi 5
Star anise 5
Cinnamon sticks 5
Cumin seeds 1tbs
Fennel seeds 1tbs
Black pepper 1tps
In a flat frying pan dry roast the above and set it aside to cool down.
After it’s completely cooled down, grind it into a very fine powder and store it in an airtight container. Shelf life is 6 months.
This can be used for all gravys and for biriyani as well
