Fried egg noodles

Fried Egg Noodles Ingredients
Cooked Noodles – 2 cups
Eggs – 3 ( beaten )
Garlic – 3 cloves ( finely chopped )
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Hoisin sauce – 1 tsp
Chili flakes – 2 pinches ( skip this for kids )
Salt optional
White pepper optional
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Method:
For noodles :
cook any noodles in salted water to al dente ( almost done ) and separate the strands.
In a hot wok, add oil and garlic. Then add the beaten eggs and scramble it as fast as possible.
Once the eggs are cooked add the cooked noodles. Sauté for a minute. Add the sauces, chili flakes and toss well for 2 mins. Check for Salt and add accordingly.
Serve hot.
