Fish Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

 Fish – 4 slices

Chilly powder – 3 Table spoons

Turmeric powder – 2 tea spoon

Salt – As per your Taste

Garlic – 1 clove

Oil – 2 Table spoons.

  Cleaning the Fish:

Wash the fish with cold water. Add 1 tea spoon turmeric powder, a pinch of salt and allow it to marinate. This will remove the smell from the fish.

After 15 minutes remove the fish pieces and set it aside.

 Marinade:

In a bowl add 3 table spoons chilly powder, 1 tea spoon turmeric powder, salt, one garlic clove chopped. Apply the marinade all over the fish and let it sit for at least 2 hours.

 

Pan Fry:  

Pan Fry the fish in non stick skillet with 2 table spoons

oil for 4 minutes on each side in a medium flame until a crispy crust forms.

 

Oven Baking:

 Preheat oven for 350 F

Spray the baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Arrange the fish on the sheet. Cover it with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. After removing from the oven let it cool down for 10 minutes to avoid breaking after removing from the oven.

In a non stick skillet sear the fish for a crispy crust. Serve hot.
