Eggless chocolate cake

Maida or All purpose flour 1 and 3/4 cup
Unsweetened cocoa 1/4 cup
Condensed milk 1 can [ 8 0z ]
Sugar 2 tbs
Baking powder 1 and 3/4 tsp
Baking soda 3/4 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Unsalted Butter 1/2 cup
Method
Mix all the dry ingredients, maida , cocoa,baking powder, baking soda and salt. Now sieve everything together and set it aside.
The butter has to be room temperature to get good fluff. Beat the butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence. You will get a smooth and fluffy texture. Now add the sugar and beat well.
Beat all the wet ingredients first and then slowly add the dry ingredients by parts. Beat well untill its all mixed throughly. Once you have done that make sure there are no lumps. Now take a spatula or a spoon and mix in some air in a folding motion. keep folding in air so that it becomes nice a airy. This mixing the air in is going to help you that cake texture.
Spray a cake sheet with some non stick cooking spray or you can also butter the pan. Pour the mixture in the cake tin or cake sheet.
Pre heat to 350 F and bake for 35-40 mins.
After 40 mins take it out of the oven and let it cool down before you take it out of the mold.
You can store it in an airtight container for a week.
