Chicken Gravy

Ingredients:
Chicken 2 pounds
Chili powder 1 tbs
Gharam Masala 1 tbs
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Big onion 1 chopped
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 10
Method :
Marinate the chicken with Chili powder, Gharam Masala, Salt, Turmeric Powder and Ginger garlic paste. Set it aside for 30 mins
Heat oil in the pan[ High flame in a heavy bottom ] and add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves and onion.
Fry the onions until golden brown.
Now add the marinated chicken and fry for 3 mins.
Cook covered until the chicken is done with occasional stirring.
Check for salt and add more if needed.
If you would like it to be more spicy, Add ground black pepper along with the marinade.
The chicken will ooze out liquid and make the gravy. You can cook it utill the desired thickness you would want the gravy to be.
Goes well with rice, Idly and dosai.
