Baked Pesto Salmon

Ingredients
Pesto –
Basil Leaves – 2 Cups
Olive oil – 1/2 cup
pine nuts or walnuts – 1/3 cup
garlic cloves – 3
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Blend the above and Make it into a paste with Coarse consistency.
You can add parmesan cheese [ Optional ]
Salmon Fish Fillet 8 oz
Method
Season the fish on both sides.
Make a slit on the fillet and put 1 TBS of the pesto inside the slit.
Bake the fish for 20 mins in a 350F oven
Let it sit for 10 mins before seving with Vegetables.
