Baked chicken wings

Ingredients

Cleaned washed chicken wings ( skin on bone in ) 2 pounds

Chilli powder 1 tbs

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Pepper powder a pinch

Salt 1 tsp

Mint leaves 5

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Ajinomoto ( optional ) a pinch

Food color orange optional a pinch

Garlic 3 cloves

Ginger 1/2 piece

Method

Grind all the ingredients and marinate the chicken wings. Let it sit for at least an hour, overnight is recommended.

Pre heat the oven to 375 F and arrange the chicken on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.

Bake for 45 mins.
