Baby Potatoes Roast

Cooked Baby potatoes – 1 lbs
Salt – 1tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Gharam masala – 1 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbs
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp

Method:

Cook the potatoes by boiling and set it aside.
Heat oil in a flat saute pan.
Add Cumin and fennel seeds.
Add turmeric, red chili powder and gharam masala and cook it for just 30 seconds.
Now add the potatoes in and cook covered for 15 mins in medium flame, stirring occasionally.
Cook uncovered for 5 min, until you reach the desired color. I like it burnt so I did it on high heat.
