Capsicum 2
Tomato 1
Garlic cloves 5
Coriander leaves – 4 sprigs
Dried red chilies – 4
Salt
Oil

Method:

sauté chopped capsicum, tomatoes, garlic, chillies & corriander leaves in a sauté pan with some oil.

Let it cook and blend.

Garnish with nalla ennai ( gingely oil )

Goes well with idly or dosai
