Pecan Brownie

Ingredients

All-purpose flour 3/4 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa powder 5 TBS
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla 1 Tsp
chopped nut s/ pecansĀ (optional) 1/2 cup

Method

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes in an 8×8 or 9×9 pan.

Allow it to cool before cutting.
