Vegetable kurma

Ingredients
1 chopped big onion
1 chopped tomato
1tbs ginger garlic paste
2 cubes potatoes
1 cups green peas
1 chopped carrot
Slit green chillies 3 or more
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Gharam masala 1 tbs
Salt
Oil
Grind into a fine Paste
Coconut 1/4 cup
Fennel seeds 1 tbs
Cumin seeds 1 tbs
Method:
Heat oil in a deep pan
Sauté onions until translucent
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another Minute.
Add tomatoes , green chillies and cook until soft.
Now add turmeric powder, gharam masala powder.
Now add the cubed vegetable cover with water and let it cook until done with the lid on.
Now add the coconut paste and add the right amount of salt.
Let it thicken until your desired consistency.
