Ingredients

Rava 1 cup

Sugar 3/4 cup

Ghee 1 tbs

Hot boiling water 3 cups or may be 4

Salt a pinch

Food coloring a pinch

Roasted cashew for garnish

Method

In a pan melt the ghee, add the Rava and fry it until it turns lightly toasted.

Pour hot boiling water and be careful because it will splatter. It should be in s soupy consistency. Stir continuously.

It will thicken quick. Add the sugar and salt, mix well until it melts. Garnish and serve warm or cold.
